<p>You need to manually edit the <a href="http://firefoxtweaks.com/help/what-is-userchromecss/">userChrome.css</a> file with you file find in your <a href="http://firefoxtweaks.com/help/where-is-the-profile-folder/">Profile Folder</a>.</p>

<p>And change #660000 to any HTML colour you want.</p>
